Refund & Return Policy

It takes around 7–10 business days for delivery. Please bear with us; we always try to deliver your order at the earliest. The below detailed Cancellation, Return and Refund Policies apply to all product(s) sold by Shiv Shakti Designs.


Return Policy

We allow returns of product(s) only if they have a manufacturing defect.

Customers must submit a return request along with images of the defective product(s) within 2 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support via email or phone.

Once the return request is approved by our team, customers are requested to send the eligible product(s) to our designated address within 7 business days.

After receiving the returned product(s), our Quality Check (QC) team will thoroughly inspect the item(s) before approving any return or exchange request.

Our QC team has the sole discretion to determine whether a product is eligible for return or exchange.

Any product that does not pass our quality inspection will be returned to the customer, and the return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Product Specifications on the Website

The product specifications and details including color, weight, size, embellishments, embroidery and handwork displayed on the website are approximate values. Return requests based solely on these attributes will not be accepted.

Customers purchasing products with sequins, beads, embroidery, stones or similar embellishments should understand that minor shedding of such decorative elements can occur despite proper handling and is considered normal.

Descriptions provided with products are for informational purposes only. Return or exchange requests based solely on product descriptions will not be accepted.

Customers should understand that there may be slight color variations (up to approximately 20%) due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, lighting conditions, browser settings, operating systems, and photography.

Garments may appear differently under various lighting conditions, and slight shade variations are considered normal.

Order Cancellation

Customers cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or approved by our team.

In the event of technical issues, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, Shiv Shakti Designs reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount paid.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order before approval, they must send an email requesting cancellation to:

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch, store credit may be issued instead of a refund, subject to management approval.


Refund Procedure

Once the returned product is received and approved under our Return Policy, refund processing may take 7–10 working days from the date of successful quality inspection.

Customers may contact our customer support team via phone or email to inquire about refund status.

Refunds for payments made through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or other online payment methods will generally be credited back to the original payment source within 7–14 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

In cases where a refund to the original payment source is not possible, store credit or an alternate refund method may be provided at the discretion of Shiv Shakti Designs.
