Delivery

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

For day-time orders, we provide same day dispatch. Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents USPS / DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / Speed Post etc. will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays for most of the countries so delivery will be late. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normally off days. Sometimes we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also, without any extra cost on case to case basis.

Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only for the same product as ordered and only in case of damage or torn items. Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged products from the courier person.

Proof Requirement

In case of exchange, customers are requested to make an unboxing video as proof of damage before initiating the exchange.

Shipping rates are weight-based. Product weight is listed on the product page. All weights are rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International shipping charges depend on order size — bigger orders get better rates.

We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING across India. Please ensure your address includes the correct PIN code.

Orders to hostels/schools/colleges are at customer’s risk. No refund/credit if refused.

For special delivery dates, mention it while placing your order. Otherwise, delivery will be made at the earliest.

International Courier

We ship via trusted couriers like DHL, USPS, TNT, and Speed Post. Delivery typically takes 48–72 hours.

Shipping is weight-based, rounded to 500g. Slower, cheaper options available on request.

Multiple items may arrive separately depending on availability and shipping location.

In case of lost orders

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 to 20 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
