1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria.

● The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unsitched and in the same condition when you received it.

● It must be in the original packaging with all Shivshakti Designs tags still attached.

● Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or scents (perfume/detergent) will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

● Innerwear or Lingerie.

● Customizable/Tailored garments.

● Items marked as "Final Sale."

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Shivshaktidesignsinfo@gmail.com or +919213505944 with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
5. Return Shipping Costs

● Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (wrong size sent or manufacturing defect), Shivshakti Designs will cover the return shipping costs.

● Change of Mind: For standard returns (size preference or style choice), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

● Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

● Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
